A collection of images of the Villa's surrounding, interior and captured experiences of Chatra's valued visitors are put together here to share the beauty we experience everyday.
Villa Type 1
Unmatched closeness to nature and little distinction between interior and exterior, is a highlight of this villa type. Parallel to the road and setback minimally, large open spaces next to the lake are common to each villa. You will enjoy the widest waterfronts across the three Type 1 Villas, bringing views of Victoria Reservoir and the Knuckles Mountain Range into focus.
Villa Type 2
Situated behind the waterfront row of villas, the three Type 2 Villas occupy the landside of the road and sit at a higher elevation, offering stunning views of Victoria Reservoir and the Knuckles Mountain Range. The homes display a split-level design with living, dining and kitchen areas across separate levels for a connected spatial experience, with access to the rear garden space from the first floor.
Villa Type 3
The three Type 3 Villas sit behind the row of waterfront villas, designed to match their almost square-shaped plots. At a higher elevation as with Villa Type 2, the waterside and mountain views from the top are stunning. A floating staircase against the rubble wall is a unique feature of this villa type, leading to the first floor from where you can directly access the rear space.
Villa Type 4
Set in the best plot property-wide and boasting the largest land extent, nature is the central focus of this villa type. Its visual characteristics include numerous trees and 180-degree waterfront views, while stunning panoramas of the Knuckles Mountain Range and Victoria Reservoir also abound. The spatial journey as you enter the villa progresses into a shift in direction at the lobby, drawing your attention to the water and distant mountains.
Villa Type 5
Slightly away from the waterfront, the two Type 5 Villas sit to the middle of rectangular plots and are surrounded by numerous trees. From the first floor and above, you can enjoy views of the waterscape and beyond. The use of glass throughout removes distinction between interior and exterior, so there’s oneness with nature.
Villa Type 6
Occupying a corner-side plot, this solitary villa type displays a split-level design embracing the plot’s natural contours. The villa’s position leaves ample waterfront garden space so you can enjoy uninterrupted views and direct lake access. Each floor is uniquely set but closely related, sharing a strong connection with the environment, while offering private, lounge, and service spaces across different levels.
Villa Type 7
Sitting on a bay-shaped area of land, direct access to the waterfront just past the jogging path is a highlight of this villa. Its position atop a steep plot, towards its rear, ensures plenty of open space to enjoy the waterside. A split-level design matching the land’s steep contours helps minimize impact on the environment. Its linear plan and elevated position allow uninterrupted views stretching past the reservoir.
Villa Type 8
This villa type displays a unique design shaped by the land’s specific location, its land profile, and a distinct landscape, which includes numerous trees. It sits to the middle of the bay with a portion of the land bordering the waterfront, allowing you to be close to nature while indoors or in the garden. The home’s linear plan and orientation ensure uninterrupted views of the waterscape and mountains.
